Here is today's communion meditation.
Our message for July is, " Being Bold Leads to God's Best."
The other day we looked at Ephesians 6:19 which says, "Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will boldly make known the mystery of the gospel."
And 1 Corinthians 4:1 says that God has made us to be stewards of the mysteries of God.
In my book "Cracking Heaven's Code." there is a chapter on the mysteries of God and how they serve as the rules that govern the way our bodies work.
The 2nd mystery in "Cracking Heaven's Code," is the mystery of God making us male and female, and Christ and the church.
Ephesians 5:31-33 says, " “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.” 32 This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church. 33 However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.
God created a world full of opposites, but the opposites are meant to work together as one rather than compete with each other.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand the mystery of Christ and the church, and how opposites are meant to function together as one in everything.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Our physical bodies are built on the power of opposites, and the opposites are what allow work and power to happen. As an example, we have a bicep that moves the arm one direction, and triceps that moves the arm in the opposite direction. The goal is not to only be strong on one side, but for both the bicep and triceps to be strong and work together as one.
I am praying for you.
Daniel
