I believe adaptability is a great expression of faith. We can be adaptable when life throws change at us and disrupts our plans because we are confident that God is with us, and He is going to work it all together for good. It's good to dream, plan, and be highly consistent but this must also be balanced with adaptability because things usually don't go exactly as we planned them.
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that we have God with us and that when life throws new things and changes our way, we can trust that it didn't catch Him by surprise. And we are asking for his help to grow in our adaptability.
Today's Workout/Health Tip
One of the ways to make our bodies more adaptable is by working on our mobility. As we can move our bodies better it makes us more adaptable and resilient when life throws movements at us we weren't expecting. Part of the Daily Communion Workout is the mobility routine, which is designed to make our bodies more adaptable and resistant to injuries. The other benefit of increased mobility and flexibility is increased strength, endurance, speed, and power because when our bodies can move more freely there is less friction and internal resistance in our body making everything feel easier.
I am praying for you.
Daniel
