Good morning!
Here is today's communion meditation.
The other day we talked about how Paul told Timothy to continue in the things he had learned and become convinced of.
And we talked about Romans 4:21 which is about Abraham. It says, " He was fully convinced that God is able to do whatever he promises."
We also said that in Hebrew the word for "rebuke or convince, "can also mean to "give clarity."
In Revelation 3:19 Jesus said, "Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent."
The word used here for "reprove," can also be translated as "bring into the light."
And the word for discipline can also be translated as "teach, train, or educate."
So we could also read this verse as... Those I love, I bring into the light to train them, so that they can be excited to do things differently.
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that Jesus brings us into the light so that we can see clearly what to do.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
I like to think of mobility and flexibility as opening the body so that there is increased light.
I am praying for you.

P.S. Remember the Master is with you, he loves you, and nothing is impossible for him.
