Here is today's communion meditation.

 2 Peter 1:10-11 says, Therefore, brothers, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you practice these things you will never stumble, 11and you will receive a lavish reception into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.…

This verse comes after we are told to add to our faith things like goodness, knowledge, perseverance, love, self-control, and godliness. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us confirm our calling and election so that we never stumble. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

Remember in your fitness there will be high days and low days. On the low days make sure to keep showing up and do what you can do, because it is often after the low days that we reach new bests.
