Digital and Analog

Listen to the Audio

Yesterday we said that when we turn our thoughts into actions there is a conversion that happens from digital to analog that helps us to remember and not forget. For example, thinking about gratitude is not the same as writing it down or speaking it. And if we can physically express gratitude in 2-3 ways it is even more powerful because the Bible tells us that 2-3 testimonies or witnesses is how things are established.

In this process it's important that we understand how information is converted into both digital and analog formats. This is something I wrote about in my book Cracking Heaven's Code and have known for a while but in today's communion we are asking for God's help to truly understand how this works in our bodies and to help us practically apply and walk in this principle, because I truly believe this is the secret to how we reprogram the software of our bodies and restore them to Abundant Health.

It's also very interesting that God is bringing this topic to mind today, because almost exactly a year ago in our Abundant Health Challenge we discussed this same thing. We are getting close to the Feast of Purim(March 16-17), which is the TURN of the year. Purim is a reminder of the day when God TURNED the tables for his people and put them in control when it looked like they were going to be destroyed.

A year ago we discussed Acts 28:27 which says... If we would see with our eyes, hear with our ears, understand with our hearts, and turn then Jesus says he would heal us. There are other scriptures that also say prosperity, healing, and times of refreshing all come on the other side of the turning. And this turning has to do with understanding digital and analog.

Information is coming to the body in analog waves... Light waves, sound waves, smells, flavors, touch, temperature, etc. This information is filtered by the body (Recently we have also been talking about keeping our filters clean), then the analog information is digitized or converted into digital code to processed by the body. The digital code is processed by the head and heart. Based on the understanding of our heart we will make decisions of what to do with the information that came in. This is the place where it is important to have our hearts established in the understanding of God's grace. When decisions are made in the agreement with the head and heart commands or instructions will be sent to the body in digital code, which is very precise. Those electrical impulses then must be converted into action.. Speaking, writing, moving, taking action etc. When we convert the impulses into action the digital code is converted back into analog again, which creates a memory in the body and feedback loop as the analog information feeds back into the senses again.

I know this is very technical today, but that is why we are taking communion asking God for help on how to apply this into our lives because this is an important key to the way God designed our bodies to function.

Today's Workout/Health Tip

I once met with someone who specializes in the way our nervous system functions and the signals that are sent from our brains to our bodies. In this meeting I learned that when our muscles activate, they are either on or off, think of digital code... Either a 1 or a 0. The muscle fibers are either awake or they are dormant. Part of the benefit of exercising daily is that we wake our muscles up each day. It wakes our body up.

I am praying for you.

Daniel
