Tonight starts the 7 Day Feast of Tabernacles, which is like a fall harvest festival, and it's a time to rejoice in the harvest.  Tabernacles is a reminder that God is living within us, and He wants to fill us to a new level this year. 

Luke 10:21 says "At that same time Jesus was filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit, and he said, “O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for hiding these things from those who think themselves wise and clever, and for revealing them to the childlike. Yes, Father, it pleased you to do it this way."

In today's communion we are asking God to fill us to a new level with His joy.

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

At my gym we used to have a special day during the Feast of Tabernacles called Play Like a Kid Again Day. We would play dodgeball, hopscotch, four square, double dutch jumprope, etc. This time of year, is a reminder that kids have many of the secrets to health. When was the last time we played like kids?
