Here is today's communion meditation.
Yesterday we talked about deep waters.
Proverbs 20:5 says, "The purpose in a man’s heart is like deep water, but a man of understanding will draw it out."
And Proverbs 18:4 says, "The words of a man’s mouth are deep waters; the fountain of wisdom is a bubbling brook."
After recording yesterdays communion meditation on deep waters I came across Psalm 33:7 which says, " God gathers the waters of the sea into jars; he puts the deep into storehouses."
God puts the deep into storehouses. When Jesus told Peter to launch out into the deep, that's where he caught all of the fish, but where did the fish come from? They may have come from a storehouse God had in the deep.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand what him putting the deep into storehouses means for us.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Deep waters remind me of the lymphatic system in our body, which has no pump. Our muscles are the pump that activates the lymphatic system. Consistent light exercise serves to circulate the lymphatic fluid and keep the body clean.
