Good morning!

Here is today's communion meditation.

Our message for March is, "Resetting Our Understanding," and about how the Holy Spirit helps us understand all that God has given us in Christ. 

In Colossians 1:29 the Apostle Paul said, "For this I toil, struggling with all his energy that he powerfully works within me."

Notice Paul was using God's energy within him. 

One of the things God has given us is His energy and it can work powerfully within us. 

Think about this for a moment... We don't have to use our own energy. We can use God's.

Today's communion is a time of gratitude that we've been given God's energy. And we are asking the Holy Spirit to help us understand this and how to access God's energy within us. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

One of the best ways to increase energy is by finding a song you like and putting it on repeat for 10-20 minutes. This is a form of meditation that causes your body to entrain with the rhythm of the music, and it can greatly increase your energy.
