Grace and Glory

Good morning!

Here is today's communion meditation.

Psalm 84:11 says, " For the LORD God is a sun and a shield; the LORD gives grace and glory; He withholds no good thing from those who walk with integrity."

God gives both grace and glory and this is a very powerful combination. 

Grace in this verse can also be translated as favor, and glory can be translated as honor, abundance, splendor, and riches. 

Today's communion is a time of gratitude for the grace and glory that God gives. And we are asking God to help us receive and walk in the grace and glory he gives. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

God supplies the grace for exercise. On those days when it seems like you don't have enough energy, strength, etc remember that God is supplying the grace for exercise today.
