Good morning!
Here is today's communion meditation.
We are currently in the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which is a reminder that Jesus bore our sins so that we can be righteous, or in right standing with God.
Isaiah 53:12 says, " For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors."
Lately, I've been thinking about the verses saying "the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the righteous."
Something to meditate on... If Jesus became sin for us, does that mean that his wealth is laid up for us since we've been made righteous?
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that Jesus bore the sins of many, and we are asking God to teach us about any connections between Jesus bearing our sins, and the wealth that is laid of up for the righteous.
