Good morning!
Here is today's communion meditation.
Yesterday we talked about how we have a hedge of protection in Christ.
In Psalm 139:5 it says, " You hem me in behind and before, and you lay your hand upon me."
The word for hem can also be translated as a hedge.
Something I have experienced is that we have a hedge of protection around but sometimes it feels like God boxes us into situations that cause us to keep moving forward with His plan when we wouldn't otherwise. Ultimately this is for our good, but it can sometimes feel like your hemmed into a tight situation.
In today's communion we thanking God for His hedge of protection, and that he goes behind and before us. And we are asking him to teach us about how he hems us in for our good.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
As you improve your mobility it will expand the range that you can live in. We have a hedge of protection but the boundaries that we live in inside of the hedge can be expanded so that there is more freedom to move about and live.
I am praying for you.
Daniel
P.S. Remember the Master is with you, he loves you, and nothing is impossible for him.
