His Yoke is Easy

Here is today's communion meditation.

Our message for July is, " Being Bold Leads to God's Best."

The other day we looked at Ephesians 6:19 which says, "Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will boldly make known the mystery of the gospel."

 And 1 Corinthians 4:1 says that God has made us to be stewards of the mysteries of God. 

In my book "Cracking Heaven's Code." there is a chapter on the mysteries of God and how they serve as the rules that govern the way our bodies work.

The 5th mystery in "Cracking Heaven's Code," is the mystery of the yoke of Jesus being easy and His burden being light. .

Matthew 11:30 says, "For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

And 1 John 5:3 says, "For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand how his yoke is easy, his burden is light, and his commands are not grievous. And we are asking him to help us take this understanding and take action on the things we know to do. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

One of the fastest ways to grow stronger is by lifting lighter to medium level weights consistently. Even with lighter weights we will grow stronger when practiced consistently, and it is much burdensome.
