Good morning!
Here is today's communion meditation.
Recently we talked about Haggai 2:4 where God speaks to the people about restoring the temple and He says, " Be strong, all you people of the land,’ declares the LORD, ‘and work. For I am with you,’ declares the LORD Almighty."
Think about the phrase "I am with you."
It is in the present tense or present moment.
It can be easy to live in regret over things in the past or to stress about our future, but God is with us right now in the present moment.
This month our message is, "Reset Your Position," and part of resetting our position is keeping our minds in the present moment, where God is with us.
In the present, is where God's grace, power, and blessing flow.
Even if you are in the middle of a tough situation, remember God is with you.
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that God is with us, and we are asking him to help us remember that He is with us.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
One of the best ways to get more present in your workout is to focus on executing your workouts 1 rep at a time. When doing an 8 repetition exercise think of it as one rep 8 times. This helps to get more present on each rep.
