Here is today's communion meditation.
Lately the word, "inspired," keeps coming to mind.
To inspire is to fill someone with the urge or ability to do or feel something.
The word inspire is also related to breath.
Some of the dictionary concepts paint the word picture of blowing on a fire, to increase the flame.
We could think of it like in-spirit - filling with the spirit, or the breath of God.
2 Timothy 3:16 says, "All scripture is given by inspiration of God."
The word for inspiration in the Greek language is actually better translated as God breathed. God breathed inspiration into his word.
This reminds me of God breathing into the nostril of Adam.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us receive the inspiration he breathed into his word so that we stay consistently inspired, and in turn we consistently inspire others.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Something I have seen while working with people in the gym, is that many people struggle with doing the things they know to do in their health and fitness. They lack the urge or ability to carry out what they know to do.
Recently we started God's Plan for Accelerated Body Transformation, one of the goals is to give you the ability to take action on what you know to do.
I am praying for you.
