Life and death are in the power of the tongue, and out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 

Let your speech always be seasoned with grace.

August is hot, and it's a time when you may experience some pressure.

 One of the best ways to handle pressure is by lifting up your eyes. When the pressure is on, we tend to focus on ourselves, but we can lift up our eyes, because our help comes from the Lord. 

And as we lift up our eyes it will help us to see opportunities around us to be a blessing. 

All day long there are opportunities to make good things happen and to make someone else's day, but we often miss them because we are focused on ourselves. 

This week, put some focus on seeing the opportunities around you to do good and be a blessing.
