Mastery Over His Enemies

Here is today's communion meditation.

Over the last couple of years, we've talked about the pipeline of living water God put within us that has God's spirit, wisdom, power, mind, grace, peace, joy, patience, love, health, energy, finances, and much more.

Think about this for a moment... You don't have to use your wisdom, instead you can use God's.

You don't have to rely on your level of peace, joy, energy, or patience. You can use God's.

And His supply is unlimited and inexhaustible. 

While I was thinking about this the other day, I felt like God said to me, "I have also given you my mastery." 

 Isaiah 42:13 says, "The LORD marches out like a warrior; he stirs up his rage like a man of war; he makes his anger heard; he shouts aloud; he declares his mastery over his enemies." 

Part of the mastery God has given us is mastery over God's enemies. Think about the story of Esther, when God turned the tables for his people, they gained mastery over their enemies. 

Today's communion is a time of gratitude that God has mastery over His enemies, and we are asking him to help us apply this.
