No Outstanding Debt

Good morning!

Here is today's communion meditation.

This week we talked about Deuteronomy 15:2 which says, "They shall not require payment from anyone among their own people, because the LORD’s time for canceling debts has been proclaimed."

And yesterday we talked about how debt forgiveness is also a big part of the Lord's prayer. In that God forgives our debts as we forgive our debtors.

Romans 13:8 says, " Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law."

Another version of Romans 13:8 says, "Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law."

In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand how to walk in this letting no debt remain outstanding and owing no one anything but to love each other. And we are asking God for His grace to make it happen. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

If an area of your body is tight, painful, or restricted during a movement try touching the area with one of your fingers with the same pressure you would use to open an app on your phone. Then repeat the movement and a good percentage of the time the tight/painful area will be improved.
