Here is today's communion meditation.

Lately we've been talking and how God watches over His word to perform it, and how he always fulfills his promises.

Another amazing verse to meditate on is 1 Samuel 3:19 which says, "The LORD was with Samuel as he grew up, and he let none of Samuel’s words fall to the ground."

If we believe in Jesus then God is with us just as He was with Samuel. I think God wants to do the same for us, where none of our words fall to the ground. He fulfills them for us. 

Today's communion is a time of gratitude that God can also fulfill our words, and we are asking Him to help us speak in such a way that the things we speak are good things to be fulfilled. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

Bring presence into your workouts. Instead of doing 8 or 10 reps of an exercise, think of it as 1 rep 8 times. Focus on executing that one rep beautifully, then do it again.

P.S. Today is day 7 of the 7 days of the Feast of Tabernacles(Sukkot), a time to rejoice in all God has done. Tomorrow is a special day on God's calendar called the last great day. The 8th day represents a new beginning and is a reminder of God's grace.
