Order Leads to Clarity

This is the day the Lord has made, let's rejoice in it and make today a masterpiece!

Focus on speaking life today... With the words that you speak and the tone you speak with. 

Life and death are in the power of the tongue, and out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 

Let your speech always be seasoned with grace. 

Here is this week's Yearly Cycle communion meditation.

We are in a time of the year when it's important to have clarity and develop a more efficient strategy. And a powerful principle is that order always leads to more clarity. 

Several years ago one of my gym clients was a scientist who had done a lot of work with liquid crystals(think of LCD displays on your phone of TV screen). These crystals have some amazing properties that allow us to see clear pictures on our screens. 

Our bodies as well as all communities or organizations are forms of liquid crystals. A regular crystal is a rock with a fixed order, but liquid crystals are both solid and liquid. They have the ability to adapt and create order. When the liquid crystals become ordered they create a clear picture, but when they are disordered they become cloudy. In order to have clarity we need order first. Two things to put in order during this season are our priorities and anything we have been procrastinating on, because a long to-do lists eats away at your clarity. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us increase our clarity through creating more order.
