Recently I was thinking about our message for this month, which is Compressed Time, and how when we squeeze or compress time more gets done in less time.
As I was thinking about this Luke 6:37-38 came to mind...
“Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
When God gives back to us, he uses a good measure that is pressed down, meaning it is compressed to better fill all of the available space.
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that when we give, it is given unto us with a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over. And we are asking God for wisdom and understanding of these scriptures and to help us receive all that is given back to us.
Today's Health/Fitness Tip
Moving our own bodyweight well is one of the key fundamentals of fitness. Mastering basic exercises like sit-ups, pushups, pullups, squats, lunges, and eventually jumping/running can do a lot for our health. How do we get good at these things... consistent daily practice. Let's practice moving your body well each day.
I am praying for you.
