This month our challenge is to connect on a new level... With God, our purpose, our loved ones, and community.
This week we are connecting Spirit, soul, and physical body with 10 minutes each day of combining journaling, listening to music, praying in the Spirit, and physical movement all at the same time.
Yesterday was a jam-packed day for me, so today's communion is a little simpler. Since it was a busy day, I did what I would recommend for anyone with a busy schedule. When life is busy it's important to take at least a few minutes to slow down and simply remember God is with us. A few minutes of connecting spirit, soul, and body or taking communion during a busy day can be a great way to keep us on track.
Today's communion is a time to remember the sacrifice of Jesus and that because of him we have been connected to God.
Today's Health/Fitness Tip
Because of the busy schedule I shortened my workout. Here is what I did...
This took 10-15 minutes and my goal was to connect as many movements as possible into one movement to shorten the time.
I am praying for you.
Daniel
