Simplicity in Christ

Here is today's communion meditation.
2 Corinthians 11:3 says, "But I am afraid, lest by any means, as the serpent in his craftiness deceived Eve, your minds might be corrupted from the simplicity and the purity in Christ."
Notice in this verse that the enemy's tactic is to corrupt our minds away from the simplicity and purity we have in Christ. The context of this verse is about being devoted to God. The simplicity we have in Christ, is that we can simply walk in love and abide in Christ.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us guard our minds with his peace so that we walk in the simplicity and purity we have in Christ.

We can also focus on a few simple things in our health and fitness. In our new program God's Plan for Accelerated Body Transformation we only focus on a few simple things:

- Power
- Walking with God
