Teshuva - Turn it Around

Here is this week's Yearly Cycle Update.

The 40 Days of Teshuva start tomorrow 8/27/22. Teshuva = turning or repenting. Teshuva is an amazing time of year for answered prayer and making adjustments. 

The next 40 days are a reminder to make adjustments and course correct any areas that are off track. Something to pay attention to is anything that is knocking us out of thankfulness. If you find yourself stepping out of thankfulness turn it around quickly.

These 40 days are also a reminder of God's standard for our lives... To do good all the time.

We all have a tendency to retaliate, avoid people, or give others the silent treatment when others wrong us, but this time of year is a reminder that God has gave us grace even when we didn't deserve it and we are to do the same for others. We can turn tough situations around by choosing to handle them in a beautiful, graceful way. 

Here is this week's filter(reminder) to write at the top of our journals each day... Teshuva - Turn it Around
