The Connection Between Order and Time

There is a connection between order and time. Order is about positioning, and whenever we put something in its proper position it seems to save and restore time, because space and time are connected. 

We are in a time of year when God often repositions us to bring us into a higher level of what he's called us to, and when this happens it has a benefits on our time. 

In Isaiah 38 is the story of God healing King Hezekiah and making time go backwards. 

Isaiah 38:1 says, "In those days Hezekiah became ill and was at the point of death. The prophet Isaiah son of Amoz went to him and said, “This is what the LORD says: Put your house in order, because you are going to die; you will not recover.”

Then God told Hezekiah that he would heal him and add 15 years to his life. Then to give Hezekiah a sign God said he would make the sun go backwards as show that he was going to add 15 years to his life. 

Isaiah 38:8 says, "I will make the shadow cast by the sun go back the ten steps it has gone down on the stairway of Ahaz.’” So the sunlight went back the ten steps it had gone down."

Notice the connection between order and time... First Hezekiah was to put his house in order and then time went backwards. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand and apply the connection between order and time.

Health and time are also connected. Whenever we improve the way we experience time it also has a beneficial impact on our health.
