Today is Work in the Flow Wednesday ( The Health & Time Accelerator)

(You can learn more about the 7 Accelerators here)

Wednesday is a reminder to work in flow with the Holy Spirit... Our indicators are peace and joy.

Health is a frequency, and working with peace and joy changes the internal environment.

Think about how much time we waste worrying, complaining, feeling down, venting, etc.

What could we accomplish if we reinvested that time into productive work with God.

Focus on the emotional state you do everything in today, and if possible, work deeply on things that will really make a difference.

Here is today's communion meditation.

Yesterday I had a conversation with someone about remembering things. It could be remembering little things we need to do or remembering things to say. When it comes to remembering it's important to remember that we have the Holy Spirit.

In John 14:26 Jesus said, " But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. "

One of the jobs of the Holy Spirit is to help us remember all God has told us, the promises he's made to us, and our covenant with him.

But he can also help us remember the little things we need to do.

Something I have found to be very helpful, is to ask the Holy Spirit to help me remember things throughout the day.

One of the best ways to increase the ability to remember is by doing something physical to help you remember.

For example, speaking out loud and asking the Holy Spirit to help you remember, or asking another person to help you remember, or writing it down, can all help.

Another example comes from before we had alarm clocks. Ancient Japanese people used to rub their pillow and say the time they needed to wake up before going to bed, and it would cause them to wake up at the correct time.

In today's communion we are asking God to help us work in the flow with him today, and to help us understand the process of remembering, because it's a big part of our covenant with Him.

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

Your body remembers movement. I have trained a number of athletes who stopped training and then picked it back up years later. And they always make faster progress than someone who has never trained, because the body remembers. Your body remembers movement.

 I am praying for you.

Daniel

P.S. Remember the Master is with you, he loves you, and nothing is impossible for him.
