Turning the Imagination

Here is today's communion meditation.

 This month our message is... Turn it around and the best will be found.

An important thing to turn around is our imagination. The imagination is what I call the table turner for the soul because it has the ability to reprogram our heart and transform our mind and emotions. The imagination is a very powerful gift God has given us, and it's very important for us to pay attention to the images we are playing on the inside and turn them around quickly if they are off track. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand the gift he has given us in our imagination. And we are asking him to help us use our imagination the way he intended and to turn it around quickly if it's every off track. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

What is the video loop you have playing about your health? Does it generate fear, stress, worry, etc or peace, joy, etc. One simple thing we can do for health is to continually stir the image on the inside that God is with us in whatever we do.
