The other day I was short on time to workout so I condensed everything down to the most bang for the buck movements. I was looking for exercises that combine strength, speed, and a high level of work into one. This workout only takes 20-30 minutes but is very effective.
Some of these movements are a little more advanced, so I wouldn't recommend this for someone just getting started, but if you have some experience give it a try.
- Daily Mobility Routine
- Burpees - I usually do 2-3 rounds of 10-20 per round
- Clean + Press - 6 sets of 3 ramping up weight as able
- Db complex 2 sets x 6 slow- Do all exercises without setting the weights down
- RDL, Bicep Curl, Squat, Shoulder Press
- Run - 5 Minutes as far as you can go or Shorter sprints x 6-10
