The Evening Stretching Routine
Here is a stretching routine for before bed or after workouts. Feel free to adjust the stretches as needed, and make sure to stretch gently.
Stretching before bed is one of the best ways to reduce joint pain, improve sleep, and enhance your workouts.

Every new month is like a fresh start. At the start of a new month use the Monthly Rhythm Tracker to plan your month and use as a tool before bed every night to keep you on track.
Here is how to fill out the form...
Step 1 Criteria for Success: Seek God on what needs to happen on your Yearly Plan for this month to be a success?
Step 2 Desires of Your Heart: In the 7 rooms of the Blueprint what desires would you like to see happen this month?
Step 3 Admin To Do List: What are all the little things that need to be done this month. Pay a bill, renew a certification, compile your taxes, etc.
Step 4 Weekly and Monthly Checklists: Are there any recurring things that you want to happen every month to keep you on track?
Step 5 Weekly Plan: Based on your Monthly Criteria for Success what needs to happen this week?
Step 6 Daily Habits: Seek God on the daily habits you want to develop over the next month.
Daily Habit Scoring:
- 0 = Did not do
- 1 = Partially completed
- 2 = Completed but went through the motions
- 4 = Completed with joy
- 8 = Breakthrough or new level
Fill out your Monthly Rhythm Tracker every night before bed and use it as a guardrail to nudge you back on track whenever needed.
