Recently my daughter and I were talking about how stagnant water invites bugs, mold, algae, and more to show up. Water needs to flow to be clean and healthy. As I was thinking about this some verses came to mind about how God's voice is like the roar of rushing waters. His voice is not like stagnant water but like the roar of rushing water. 

Here are some verses to meditate on today...

Psalm 29:3 – The voice of the Lord is over the waters; the God of glory thunders, the Lord thunders over the mighty waters.

Ezekiel 43:2 – and I saw the glory of the God of Israel coming from the east. His voice was like the roar of rushing waters, and the land was radiant with his glory.

Revelation 1:15 – His feet were like bronze glowing in a furnace, and his voice was like the sound of rushing waters.

In today's communion we are asking God for insight and revelation into how his voice is like the roar of rushing waters. And if this has any practical applications for us, that he would help us to walk in this consistently. 

Today's Health/Fitness Tip

Our bodies are mostly water which means it's really important for our health to move consistently. Stagnant water in our bodies invites all kinds of stuff we don't want.
