The Connection Challenge Part 5
This month our challenge was to connect on a new level... With God, our purpose, our loved ones, and community.
Here is what we have worked on so this month.
- Bringing a new level of awe and presence to our time of connecting with God
- Connecting spirit, soul, and body
- Connecting with our loved ones.
- Connecting with our community.
Here are a few of my key takeaways from this month...
- Connecting spirit, soul, and body helps to see God's beautiful solutions show up in our lives. His solutions are the perfect seamless fit.
- Don't force connection take a gentle natural approach.
- Think of catching and throwing bids as playing defense and offense. When we catch bids from others, we are playing defense and defending them from hurt, frustration, anger, etc. We can play offense by proactively looking for a way to be a blessing.
- A connected community takes the pressure off of one another and increases the capacity for more to be done.
At the end of our session last night, we took communion as a time of gratitude and celebration for the ways we saw God show up this month. And we asked for his help to stay in the rhythm of connection moving forward.
I am praying for you.
