 Yesterday we talked about being congruent, which means being the same. Thinking of the word congruent reminded me of Hebrews 1:3 which says Jesus is the exact representation of God. Here is the verse...

who being the brightness of His glory and the express image(exact representation, exact imprint, exact expression) of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand how Jesus was/is the exact representation of Him and what this means for us. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

Our muscles lie dormant and atrophy without work and movement, just like faith without works is inactive. Regular exercise both physically and spiritually are important.
