Here is today's communion meditation.

Our message for July is, " Being Bold Leads to God's Best."

Recently I was thinking about the boldness of Jesus to proclaim his purpose in Luke chapter 4:18-21.

It says, "“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor.He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”

Then he rolled up the scroll, gave it back to the attendant and sat down. The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fastened on him. 21 He began by saying to them, “Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.”

2 Timothy 1:9 says, "God has saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works, but by His own purpose and by the grace He granted us in Christ Jesus before time began."

In today's communion we are asking to help us gain clear understanding of his purpose for us in Christ, and to boldly proclaim our purpose.

Make sure to keep working on your mobility. Being mobile is a great defense for your body while also opening up the ability to increased levels of performance.
