Here is today's communion meditation.

Matthew 22:36:40 says, “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?” 37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’  40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” 

Everything hangs on or depends on love, and faith works through love. 

As I was thinking above this, I was reminded of Colossians 2:19 which says, "They have lost connection with the head, from whom the whole body, supported and held together by its ligaments and sinews, grows as God causes it to grow."

God is love, and he is the head, and everything depends on and connects to the head. When we stay connected to him, by walking in love, everything grows effortlessly and beautifully. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand how everything hangs on love and that he is love. And we are asking him to help us walk in love consistently. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

Everything is connected to the head. If you are experiencing joint pain during an exercise, try changing your eye position by looking slightly up, because it aligns the whole body.
