Here is today's communion meditation.

In Matthew 11:25 Jesus said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children.

And Deuteronomy 29:29 says, “The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things that are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law."

God reveals secrets to children and those with childlike faith. We are in the 10 Days of Awe, and part of having awe for God, is being more childlike in our faith. Something I feel like God is prompting in me, is to play and have more fun throughout the day. We can bring childlike energy, expectation, awe, and wonder, into everything we do. 

Psalm 8:2 says that out of the mouths of infants and babes God has established strength, so that we can silence the enemy and cause him to cease. 

Playing with childlike faith can cause the enemy to cease and desist. 

 Today's communion is a time of gratitude for the secrets he has stored up for us. And we are asking him to help us be childlike in our faith the way he intends.
