Here is today's communion meditation.

Today is the 5th day of Hanukkah, which is also called the Festival of Lights or Feast of Dedication. This is a time to firm up our dedication to God's plan and to gain clarity/light on the next steps for His plan. 

 Yesterday, we talked about how gratitude for God's promises is the shortcut to walking in the light. 

And this reminded me of Ephesians 5:13. Down below are two different versions of the verse.

"But everything exposed by the light becomes visible—and everything that is illuminated becomes a light". - NIV

"But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light." NKJV

Light makes all things visible, and one of the things is makes visible are the promises and things we have been been praying or. 

We can manifest God's promises by walking in the light... And gratitude is the shortcut. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand how light helps us manifest his promises where we can see them clearly.

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

In today's video two of my daughters joined me, and my daughter Kiera is extremely flexible. She can easily jump into the splits and do all lot of very bendy things. And I asked her what the key was to becoming more flexible. She said to practice a lot every day.
