Good morning!

Here is today's communion meditation.

 In Job chapter 1 Satan and God are having a conversation about Job, and in verse 10 Satan says, " Have you not put a hedge around him and his house and all that he has, on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land."

In Christ we have a hedge of protection, and I think that one of the best things we can do is give consistent thanks that the hedge is there. 

A hedge is an enclosure that provides protection. In the investing world a hedge lessens risk and allows you to keep increasing when things go the wrong way. 

In today's communion we are asking God to teach us about the hedge of protection we have in Christ, how to stay inside of it, and how to keep it strong.  

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

One of the best ways to protect your body is with improved mobility. Keep working to improve the way your body moves, because you never know when you might need to jump, run, throw, catch, be flexible, or do some random movement.
