Last week I felt God was prompting me to take a week off of the communion meditations. It was a good opportunity to rest, reflect, and remember.
I feel like one of the things God had me do last week was to take some time to remember was He has spoken to me.
In John 14:26 Jesus said, "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you."
One of the gifts of having the Holy Spirit with us, is that he can help us remember everything Jesus has said to us. If we are walking with God, there will be some things that he speaks to us. This could be steps to take, promises to stand on, or scriptures that He illuminates to us.
And it's important to keep remembering what He's said to us.
Today's communion is a time of gratitude for the Holy Spirit. And we are asking the Holy Spirit to continue to teach us and to help us remember all that Jesus has said to us.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Something new I am doing in my workouts is thinking in terms of 6 week blocks. I do a workout program for 6 weeks, then take a week off. During the off-week I work on mobility and flexibility, and plan for the next 6 week block. One of the things I like to do during this time is to remember what has worked well for me before. Each of us has different exercises or styles of workouts that seem to work well for us. Take some time to remember those things and build them into the next block.
I am praying for you.

P.S. Remember the Master is with you, he loves you, and nothing is impossible for him.
