Good morning!

Here is today's communion meditation.

This month our message is, "Reset Your Position."

When we take our position in the light and in love that's where we find all of the good things God has given us. 

And we access our position in the light by faith.

Hebrews 11:1 NIV says, " Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see."

The NLT version says, "Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see."

Faith is being confident that God is fulfilling his promises even though we can't always see him working. We are to believe we receive the moment we pray. 

Science has shown that what we can see and hear is only one billionth of the spectrum that is really out there. 

There is so much happening in the invisible world that we can't see. 

We know animals can hear and see things we can't sense. 

And that's where faith comes into play, because it is by faith and patience that we show the reality of what's happening in the invisible realm. 

Here is a process I've found to be helpful:

1) Pray and believe God is working in the invisible realm from the moment you pray.

2) Start praising and thanking God for the answer even though you can't see it yet. 

3) As you praise, you'll begin to see the answer in your imagination. Keep growing the imagination. 

4) Be patient because it's only a matter of time before the reality shows up. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us walk in the fullness of the faith he's given us. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

God is with you in your workouts. Let's be more aware of his presence with us by becoming more present ourselves, because faith is now.
