This month we've been talking about resetting and expanding your vision. It's important to always have a vision or goal that is pulling you into the future so that you have something to be excited about.
Earlier this week we looked at Habakkuk 2:2 where God said, “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it."
And we looked at 1 Chronicles 28:19 when David was preparing for Solomon to build the temple and said, “all the details of this plan, the LORD has made clear to me in writing by His hand upon me.”
2 Corinthians 3:3 says, "Clearly, you are a letter from Christ showing the result of our ministry among you. This “letter” is written not with pen and ink, but with the Spirit of the living God. It is carved not on tablets of stone, but on human hearts.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand how He has written on our hearts with His Spirit.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
One of the goals in workouts is to train in such a way that you get the greatest impact while needing the least amount of recovery. Too light on the training doesn't generate great results, and too heavy is taxing to recover from. The more frequently you can train at a good level the faster the results come.
I am praying for you.
