Good morning!

Today is Work in the Flow Wednesday ( The Health & Time Accelerator)

Wednesday is a reminder to work in flow with the Holy Spirit... Our indicators are peace and joy.

Health is a frequency, and working with peace and joy changes the internal environment.

Think about how much time we waste worrying, complaining, feeling down, venting, etc.

What could we accomplish if we reinvested that time into productive work with God. 

Focus on the emotional state you do everything in today, and if possible, work deeply on things that will really make a difference.

This month we've been talking about Resetting Priorities. 

And yesterday we looked at the parable where the guy finds treasure in a field, or a pearl of great value and sells everything in order to be able to buy the treasure or pearl of great value. 

Priorities were changed because of a great opportunity. 

In Proverbs 3:14-18 it tells us that wisdom and understanding are even more valuable than rubies, and some translate it as pearls. 

It says, "Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding, 14 for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold. 15 She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her. 16 Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. 17 Her ways are pleasant ways, and all her paths are peace. 18 She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her; those who hold her fast will be blessed.

True wisdom and understanding come from above, and we should be seeking it and prioritizing it because it is highly valuable. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us prioritize wisdom and understanding the way he intended. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

Keep working on your ability to move your own bodyweight well in basic movements like squats, pushups, pullups, etc. These are the foundation of fitness.
