The Spirit of Glory
Good morning!
Today is Thoughtful Thursday ( The Purpose & Community Accelerator)
(You can learn more about the 7 Accelerators here)
Today do something thoughtful for someone else. Connect them with something they need or do something to make their day.
This is the purpose and community accelerator.
We each have a unique gifting that is meant to serve the community of people around us, and one of the ways to do this is by looking for opportunities to help people with your gifts, talents, resources, network, etc.
Here is today's communion meditation.

A few weeks ago, we finished up the Feast of Tabernacles, which was a reminder to rejoice in the harvest.
During that time, I really feel God was teaching me about the connection between rejoicing and seeing the harvest of what he has for us.
And in my book, "7 Dates With Jesus," I talk about the connection between The Feast of Tabernacles and God's glory.
He is tabernacling with us, and he fills us with his glory.
In the Old Testament, the temples of both Moses and Solomon were not complete until God's glory filled the temple, and we are his temple now.
So, there are connections between rejoicing and God's glory.
Recently we have also talked about several things from God that are resting upon us.
His spirit, blessing, and favor all rest upon us because of the righteousness of Jesus.
And 1 Peter 4:13-14 makes a connection between rejoicing and the Spirit of glory and of God resting on us.
It says, "But rejoice inasmuch as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed. If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you.
In today's communion we are asking God to teach us about the connection between rejoicing and his glory, and we are asking for the Spirit of glory to rest on us.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
The focus, presence, and energy you bring into your workouts are just as important as what you do for your workout program. Going through the motions and being distracted doesn't produce the same result as being fully engaged and present.
I am praying for you.

P.S. Remember the Master is with you, he loves you, and nothing is impossible for him.
