Focus on speaking life today... With the words that you speak and the tone you speak with. 

Life and death are in the power of the tongue, and out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 

Let your speech always be seasoned with grace.

 This is a time of year for transitioning and repositioning. God often starts shifting things around during this time of the year. 

He may reposition you because he wants to move you into a higher level of your gifting. 

If you have grown a lot over the last year, he wants to move you into a higher level of what he has called you to do. 

When things shift, it can seem scary, because of the uncertainties, but the changes will help to bring out your potential. 

Sometimes these shifts will take courage to step up into a higher level, and to give your gift to the world. 

If you are a leader of people, this is also a time to be seeking God to make sure that all your people are positioned properly. 

All of the people need to be in the right seats in order for the individuals and the body to thrive.
