Today is Thoughtful Thursday ( The Purpose & Community Accelerator)
(You can learn more about the 7 Accelerators here)
Today do something thoughtful for someone else. Connect them with something they need or do something to make their day.
This is the purpose and community accelerator.
We each have a unique gifting that is meant to serve the community of people around us, and one of the ways to do this is by looking for opportunities to help people with your gifts, talents, resources, network, etc.
Here is today's communion meditation.

This month we are talking about Resetting the Land.
In the Bible part of the inheritance that God gave people was land. And it seems to all start with Abraham.
Abraham and his nephew Lot had strife between them because there wasn't enough land to support both of them. So, Abraham decided to let Lot have whatever portion of land he wanted, and Abraham went the other way.
Abraham did this by faith because he trusted that God would take care of him.
And immediately after he gave Lot the land it says in Genesis 13:14, "The Lord said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him, “Lift up your eyes and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward, for all the land that you see I will give to you and to your offspring forever."
When the strife was gone, Abraham could lift up his eyes to see the land God had for him.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us get rid of any strife so that we can see clearly what he has for us.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
It is better to lift a little bit lighter weights and make your movement look beautiful, than to go too heavy and grind your way through the movement. If you'll take the humbler approach it will open up your bodies capacity to do more.
I am praying for you.

P.S. Remember the Master is with you, he loves you, and nothing is impossible for him.
