Good morning,

This is the day the Lord has made, let's rejoice in it and make today a masterpiece!

Today is Work in the Flow Wednesday ( The Health & Time Accelerator)

Wednesday is a reminder to work in flow with the Holy Spirit... Our indicators are peace and joy.

Health is a frequency, and working with peace and joy changes the internal environment.

Think about how much time we waste worrying, complaining, feeling down, venting, etc.

What could we accomplish if we reinvested that time into productive work with God. 

Focus on the emotional state you do everything in today, and if possible, work deeply on things that will really make a difference. 

Here is today's communion meditation.

This year our message for the year is "Lift Up Your Eyes to True North." 

And we have been talking about moving forward rather than circles and not going to the right or left. 

In order to keep moving forward and not swerving off course, we need light so we can see which way to go. 

Matthew 6:22 says, "The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light."

I find the phrase about your eye being "single," very interesting. This word for "single." in the original Greek language can mean single, focused, clear, or simple. 

If we will keep our eye single, which I think of as meaning not wavering back and forth, but simple and focused on a clear direction, it fills our body with light. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us work in the flow with him and help us keep our eye single and focused on him. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

In the health and fitness world I have seen a lot of people not be single in their focus. They bounce around from one thing to the next, tossed about by the waves of the newest fad, and it keeps them going in circles over and over, because they never gain enough momentum to make real progress. 

 I am praying for you.
