God's Footstool

Season #1 Episode #494

Good morning!

New Class - Intro to the Abundant Life Blueprint

We are starting a new Intro to the Abundant Life Blueprint class on 3/4

You can register for the class here.

Today is Work in the Flow Wednesday ( The Health & Time Accelerator)

(You can learn more about the 7 Accelerators here)

Wednesday is a reminder to work in flow with the Holy Spirit... Our indicators are peace and joy.

Health is a frequency, and working with peace and joy changes the internal environment.

Think about how much time we waste worrying, complaining, feeling down, venting, etc.

What could we accomplish if we reinvested that time into productive work with God.

Focus on the emotional state you do everything in today, and if possible, work deeply on things that will really make a difference.

Here is today's communion meditation.

The other day I was reading in 1 Chronicles 28:2 about when David had plans to build a temple for God.

It says, " Then King David rose to his feet and said: “Hear me, my brothers and my people. I had it in my heart to build a house of rest for the ark of the covenant of the Lord and for the footstool of our God, and I made preparations for building."

The phrase about the temple being a house of rest or a footstool for God was very interesting.

One of the concepts we talked about in our last Intro to the Abundant Life Blueprint class was a whirlpool. And about how my kids used to march around a circular shaped pool in the same direction in order to create a whirlpool. The goal was to get enough momentum or current moving that they could eventually pick up their feet while the current pulled them around the pool.

The phrase footstool reminded me of this... After putting in the work, having the ability to pick your feet up.

In today's communion we are asking God to teach us about a house of rest and his footstool, and what this means for us today, since we are his temple.

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

Calf raises are a great way to start your workouts, because blood tends to get stuck in your feet, and moving the feet and calves can improve circulation for your workout.

 I am praying for you.
