Hey everyone! 

Here is this week's Yearly Cycle update communion meditation.

This time of the year is a reminder that God planted treasure on the inside of you. He's given you everything needed for life and godliness.

But for seeds to grow the soil is very important. The environment or culture we abide in is what determines the growth and results. 

Not only did God plant the seed in our hearts, he rolled away our old hearts of stone and gave us new hearts with His laws written on them. 

He made us good soil for his seed to flourish in. 

Keep meditating on what he put in you and that he made you good soil.

Good morning!

Here is today's communion meditation.

This month our message is, "Reset Your Position."

When we take our position in the light and in love that's where we find all of the good things God has given us. 

And we take our position in the light by faith and trusting that His word is true. 

In John 8:13-14 MSG version it says the following:

The Pharisees objected, “All we have is your word on this. We need more than this to go on.”

Jesus replied, “You’re right that you only have my word. But you can depend on it being true. I know where I’ve come from and where I go next. You don’t know where I’m from or where I’m headed. You decide according to what you can see and touch. I don’t make judgments like that.

We can depend on His word and not go by what we see and touch, because that's not how he operates.

Today's communion is a time of gratitude that we can depend on God's word.

Here is today's communion meditation.

This month our message is, "Reset Your Position."

When we take our position in the light and in love that's where we find all of the good things God has given us. 

Yesterday we looked at John 8:12 MSG where Jesus said, "I am the world’s Light. No one who follows me stumbles around in the darkness. I provide plenty of light to live in."

 This reminded me of all the Bible verses on God bringing us to a spacious place.

Job 36:15-16 “But those who suffer he delivers in their suffering; he speaks to them in their affliction. He is wooing you from the jaws of distress to a spacious place, free from restriction, to the comfort of your table laden with choice food.”

 Psalm 18:19 “He brought me into a spacious place, he rescued me because he delighted in me.”

 Psalm 31:8 “You have not handed me over to the enemy but have set my feet in a spacious place.”

And we access our position in the light by faith.

I really like the phrase, "plenty of light to live in."

In the light there is both fullness and space 

Today's communion is a time of gratitude that Jesus provides plenty of light to live in.

Good morning!

Here is today's communion meditation.

This month our message is, "Reset Your Position."

When we take our position in the light and in love that's where we find all of the good things God has given us. 

And we access our position in the light by faith.

Yesterday we talked about 2 Corinthians 5:7 which says, "we live by faith, not by sight." 

Part of living by faith is being decisive and unwavering. Jesus said that if our eye is single then our whole body will be full of light. 

Nothing happens as long as we waver and are indecisive. When we make the decision to believe God's promises things get set in motion and start happening. There is a place for waiting on the Lord, but we can wait after having made the decision that his promises are true. 

Billy Graham once said that his whole life changed the day, he put his Bible on a tree stump and decided to believe that everything in the book was true. Up until that point he had been wavering on God...

Here is today's communion meditation.

This month our message is, "Reset Your Position."

When we take our position in the light and in love that's where we find all of the good things God has given us. 

And we access our position in the light by faith.

 2 Corinthians 5:7 says, "we live by faith, not by sight." 

It can be easy to let symptoms or a problem in some area get us discouraged, but the underlying reality is that God has given us great and precious promises for every area of life, and we inherit the promises through faith and patience.

We can live by faith that God keeps his promises, rather than getting discouraged by what we see. Part of living by faith is trusting in the promises in the face of the problems. An easy way to practice this is staying positioned in gratitude and praise for the promises consistently. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us live by faith the way he desires.

 This time of the year is a reminder that God planted treasure on the inside of you. He's given you everything needed for life and godliness.

But we have a part to play in cultivating the seed.

And one of the most important ways we grow the seed is with our imagination.

The imagination is the bridge between the spiritual and the physical, and as we cultivate what God planted on the inside of us with our imagination it helps speed up being able to see the fruit of what he planted. 

The combination of meditation and imagination is very powerful. 

If you have an area you've been praying about or believing God for then find what He's promised you and begin to meditate and imagine what God has promised you.

To be in faith means that we are not wavering or doubting... we are decisive and confident.

James 1:6 says, "But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

In today's communion we are asking God to help us be decisive and confident in our faith with nothing wavering. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

When you do heavier strength exercises your muscles must commit to the movement. One of the best ways to grow in strength is to firm up your confidence with medium heavier weights.

And we access our position in the light by faith.

Hebrews 11:1 NIV says, " Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see."

The NLT version says, "Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see."

Faith is being confident that God is fulfilling his promises even though we can't always see him working. We are to believe we receive the moment we pray. 

Science has shown that what we can see and hear is only one billionth of the spectrum that is really out there. 

There is so much happening in the invisible world that we can't see. 

We know animals can hear and see things we can't sense. 

And that's where faith comes into play, because it is by faith and patience that ...

 Part of being in position is staying in faith and patience, because that's how we inherit God's promises.

In Hebrews 6 it says that your work and love for God's name will be rewarded. And verses 11-12 say, " We want each of you to show this same diligence to the very end, in order to make your hope sure. 12 Then you will not be sluggish, but will imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised."

In today's communion we are asking God to help us stay positioned in faith and patience so that we inherit all he has promised.

In our health and fitness, we also need to stay in faith and patience. To stay in faith means we are positioned in gratitude, and we take action today. Faith is now....
