Here is today's communion meditation.
Recently we've been talking about Isaac redigging the wells that his father Abraham had dug. In Genesis 26:19 it says, "Isaac’s servants dug in the valley and discovered a well of fresh water there."
In the original Hebrew of this verse, it says that Isaac found a well of "living water."Â
And later in Genesis 26:32-33 it says that Isaac named one of the wells Shibah and the town where the well was Beersheba. This name means well of the oath, but another translation is the well of seven.Â
I find this very interesting because we are in the Feast of Tabernacles, which is the 7th feast on God's calendar(and it lasts 7 days) and during this feast Jesus stood up and said that if anyone would believe in him, then rivers of living water would flow from within them.Â
In today's communion we are asking Jesus to teach us what the well of the oath or seven means for us. Â

Here is the Message for October
Our message for 2023 is, " God Saved the Best Until Now," and our message for October is "God's Best Will Take You to New Levels."
Recently we passed through the Day of Atonement, which was like the close of the year. Think of the Yearly Cycle like going around a mountain, and every time we go around the cycle we should be moving up to a higher level.Â
On the Day of Atonement I feel God gave me a word for the upcoming year, which is "The Great Resetting Has Begun"
After hearing this I was listening to one of our teachings on the Year of Jubilee, which was a resetting of the economy in Israel. Every 50th year, debts were wiped out and people were restored to their inheritance. The start of the Year of Jubilee was always the Day of Atonement. Atonement starts the reset, and God is resetting some things to take us to new levels. Â
Our monthly filter for October is... God's Best Will Take You to New Levels.Â
I am praying for you....
Here is today's communion meditation.
Yesterday we talked about Isaac redigging the wells that his father Abraham had dug. In Genesis 26:19 it says, "Isaac’s servants dug in the valley and discovered a well of fresh water there."
In the original Hebrew of this verse, it says that Isaac found a well of "living water."Â
We are in the Feast of Tabernacles and during this feast Jesus stood up and said that if anyone would believe in him, then rivers of living water would flow from within them.Â
This all reminded me of the story of Jesus talking to the woman at the well. In John 4:10 he told her, "If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water.”
In today's communion we are asking Jesus for the living water.Â

Here is today's communion meditation.
In Genesis 26 is the story of Isaac redigging the wells that his father Abraham had dug. The wells had been stopped up and Isaac began to redig them. In Genesis 26:19 it says, "Isaac’s servants dug in the valley and discovered a well of fresh water there."
In the original Hebrew of this verse, it says that Isaac found a well of "living water."Â
Today we are in the Feast of Tabernacles and during this feast Jesus stood up and said that if anyone would believe in him, then rivers of living water would flow from within them.Â
In today's communion we are asking God to help us redig the wells of living water he put within us.Â
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Practice relying on the well of living water within you during your workouts. Rely on God's grace and power to do the work.Â
I am praying for you.

P.S. Today is day 1 of the 7 days of the Feast of Tabernacles(Sukkot), a time to rejoice in all God has done.Â
Here is this week's Yearly Cycle update.
Tonight starts the Feast of Tabernacles which is a reminder that God is tabernacling with us. He has moved in and is living with us. The creator of the universe is living in us. This feast is a reminder to let his love flow out of us to others and that he is always present, which means we should be more present with others.
Something I feel like God has been teaching me to do lately is say the following all throughout the day, especially when something isn't going well... God is with me, He loves me, and nothing is impossible for Him.Â
Over these seven days, it is good to take some time to dwell on the fact that God is dwelling with us.
In the Jewish culture, people typically eat stuffed foods, such as stuffed peppers, to symbolize overflow and the idea of God living within us.
Here is our filter for this week... God is Tabernacling With Me
I am praying for you.Â

Here is today's communion meditation.
The Day of Atonement was a few days ago. In the Old Testament, the Day of Atonement was the one day of the year when the High Priest could enter the Holy of Holies and make atonement for the sins of the people for the year. The place where atonement was made was the mercy seat, which was the covering of the ark of the covenant. And above the mercy seat God is enthrone between the cherubim that surround the ark.Â
Hebrews 9:5 says, "Above the ark were the cherubim of the Glory, overshadowing the atonement cover. - Hebrews 9:5
Psalm 80:1 says, "God, you who are enthroned above the cherubim, shine forth! - Psalm 80:1
Isaiah 37:16 says “O Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, who is enthroned above the cherubim -Isaiah 37:16
In today's communion we are asking God for insight and revelation into what it means for us that he is enthrone above the cherubim.Â

The mercy seat is also translated as the atonement cover. It was on the atonement cover where the priest sprinkled the blood to make atonement for the people. Thinking of Atonement reminded me of Hebrews 10:19-20. Here is what it says in the NLT version:
"And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place. And since we have a great High Priest who rules over God’s house, let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting...

Two days ago was the Day of Atonement. In the Old Testament, the Day of Atonement was the one day of the year when the High Priest could enter the Holy of Holies and make atonement for the sins of the people for the year. The place where atonement was made was the mercy seat, which was the covering of the ark of the covenant. The mercy seat, is also translated as the atonement cover. The Day of Atonement is a reminder of God's mercy to us in Christ. The mercy seat is also where God would appear to the priest and speak with them.Â
Exodus 25:22 says "There I will meet with you; and from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim which are upon the ark of the testimony, I will speak to you about all that I will give you in commandment for the sons of Israel."
Today's communion is a time of gratitude for God's mercy, and we are asking him to teach us about the mercy seat, and what it means for us today.Â

Here is today's communion meditation.
Isaiah 26.3 says, " You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You."
God has given His peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding. But this peace comes by keeping our mind on him and trusting in him.Â
In today's communion we are asking God for His perfect peace, and to help us keep our minds fixed on him.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
One of the goals in our workouts is to develop our ability to stay in perfect peace and totally tranquil on the inside, even though we are working out. The key to this is keeping our mind fixed on God, and trusting that He is doing the work.Â
I am praying for you.

Here is today's communion meditation.
Today is the Day of Atonement, which is a reminder that Jesus is our faithful high priest, and through His one sacrifice he has made us holy and perfect forever(Hebrews 10).
Today is also the final day of our 40 Days to Finished program. Today is the day to have everything finished, and it's a reminder that Jesus fulfilled everything on the cross. John 19:28-30 says, "After this, Jesus, knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, “I thirst!” 29 Now a vessel full of sour wine was sitting there; and they filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on hyssop, and put it to His mouth. 30 So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit."
Jesus finished everything that needed to be finished so that we can be one with God.Â
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that Jesus finished everything needed to connect us to God a...
