Here is today's communion meditation.
Our message for July is, " Being Bold Leads to God's Best."
The other day we looked at Ephesians 6:19 which says, "Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will boldly make known the mystery of the gospel."
And 1 Corinthians 4:1 says that God has made us to be stewards of the mysteries of God.
In my book "Cracking Heaven's Code." there is a chapter on the mysteries of God and how they serve as the rules that govern the way our bodies work.
The 7th mystery in "Cracking Heaven's Code," is the mystery the unity of one body.
Ephesians 3:6 says, "This mystery is that the Gentiles are fellow heirs, members of the same body, and partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel."
There is tremendous power in unity and becoming one... and we have the amazing opportunity to be part of the body and one with the Lord.
In today's communion we are asking God...
Here is this week's Yearly Cycle update.
During July, God seems to always remind me of something I wrote in “7 Dates With Jesus.” On July 19, 2014, Psalms 121:7-8 jumped out at me. The verses say “The Lord will keep you from all evil, he will keep your life. The Lord will keep your going out and coming in from this time forth and forevermore.”
Then that night, God woke me up around 3 a.m., and there was a sermon that I felt I was supposed to listen to. The first words out of the pastors mouth were: “The Lord’s favor is on you and it surrounds you like a shield.”
That day, I had also read another passage in Psalm 125:2-3: “As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds his people, from this time forth and forevermore. For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest on the land allotted to the righteous.”
When I wrote “7 Dates With Jesus,” God...

The 6th mystery in "Cracking Heaven's Code," is the mystery of making two into one
Mark 10:8 says, "and the two shall become one flesh; so they are no longer two, but one flesh."
Whenever we are faced with two opposing things, they are really meant to work together as one. They are really just opposite ends of one spectrum.
But, whenever we make two into one, the key is to slow down. Think of two streams of...

The 5th mystery in "Cracking Heaven's Code," is the mystery of the yoke of Jesus being easy and His burden being light. .
Matthew 11:30 says, "For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
And 1 John 5:3 says, "For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand how his yoke is easy, his burden is light, and his commands...

Matthew 11:28-30 MSG says, " Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company...

Colossians 1:26-27 says, "the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the Lord’s people. To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory..

Ephesians 5:31-33 says, " “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.” 32 This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church. 33 However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves...

The 1st mystery in "Cracking Heaven's Code," is Hebrews 13:9... Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever
The mystery in this scripture is that God has patterns, and he never breaks the pattern because everything in the pattern points to Jesus. All of creation was built on this pattern... All of nature, music, our emotions, food, exercise, movements, and even every single cell in our body was built with this pattern.

Ephesians 6:19 says, "Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will boldly make known the mystery of the gospel."
One of the things for us to be bold in is making known the mystery of the gospel( the good news).
1 Corinthians 4:1 says that God has made us to be stewards of the mysteries of God.
In today's communion we are asking God to teach us his mysteries, so that we can boldly declare and steward those mysteries.

Here is this week's Yearly Cycle update.
During the summer light is increasing and the temperature is heating up. During this time of the year, you may experience an increase in pressure. But when challenges come our way we can trust in the all-surpassing power God put within us.
He made us to be more than conquerors and overcomers. When we face challenges, we can run toward them rather than away from them because we trust that God is more than enough, and he is fighting for us. When David faced Goliath, he ran toward him.
Here is our filter for this week... Embrace Challenges
I am praying for you.
