Good morning!
Here is today's communion meditation.
This month we've been talking about resetting and expanding your vision. It's important to always have a vision or goal that is pulling you into the future so that you have something to be excited about. But with visions, goals, and plans there is the opportunity to get frustrated and discouraged or grow weary when there are setbacks or delays.
Isaiah 42:4 talks about Jesus, and it says, "He will not grow weak or discouraged before He has established justice on the earth. In His law the islands will put their hope.”
Jesus doesn't grow weak or discourage on his way to his goal. And the good news is that we are in him.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us stay inspired and encouraged consistently by resting in Christ.

Hey everyone!
Here is this week's Yearly Cycle update communion meditation.
During this season of the year, God wants to prove to us that his timing is perfect. He will not be too early or late, but always right on time. In July, God wants to expand your vision—and his timing will be perfect. Make sure to stay tuned in. This time of year has a lot to do with understanding his timing.
One day in July a few years ago, I was playing the piano with my daughter, using an app that lights up in green when she played the correct note at the correct time. Playing the note early or late isn’t good. Imagine listening to your favorite song, but the timing of the beat is off. When we listen to music, it is obvious when someone plays the wrong note at the wrong time.
Our life is like a beautiful song. And God wants to help us play the right note at the right time. He will make sure that the timing is perfect, but this...

Here is today's communion meditation.
In my book "The 8th Date: God's Operating System for Abundant Life," the scoreboard we use for knowing if we are on track with life is "making other people great."
And yesterday we looked at Hebrews 10:24 which says..." And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds."
If you continue with this verse, it then says, "let us not neglect meeting together, as some have made a habit, but let us encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching.…"
In order for us to spur one another on we need to meet together.
But it is possible to have meetings that do more harm than good. You've probably had meetings you've attended that were a waste of time and left you feeling less energized and discouraged.
In today's communion we are asking God to meet together the way he desires so that we are spurred on and encouraged regularly.

Good morning!
Here is today's communion meditation.
In my book "The 8th Date: God's Operating System for Abundant Life," the scoreboard we use for knowing if we are on track with life is "making other people great." And Jesus gives us several examples of what greatness is... Such as practicing and teaching the commandments and becoming the servant of many.
If our goal is to make other people great, then we need become skilled in what Hebrews 10:24 says..." And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds."
To spur on means to stir up, provoke, irritate, or bring to an angry dispute. It can also mean to provoke in a way that they must respond.
Think of a spur on a cowboy boot.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us make others great by spurring them toward love and good deeds.

Here is today's communion meditation.
Recently I've been thinking about how to turn the lessons in the Abundant Life Blueprint into a game. All my life I have enjoyed sports and playing games.
1 Corinthians 9:24-25 says, "Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way as to take the prize. 25 Everyone who competes in the games trains with strict discipline."
In today's communion we are asking God to help us compete in the game of life the way he desires, and to help us package the lessons of the Abundant Life Blueprint into a fun game.

Many people workout, but very few people train. There is a big difference.

Here is today's communion meditation.
Recently as I was reading through the book of Isaiah verse 26:12 stood out to me.
It says, "Lord, you establish peace for us; all that we have accomplished you have done for us."
It is the Lord who establishes us in peace, he makes our peace steadfast and consistent.
And we can look back with gratitude on all God has accomplished for us.
In today's communion we are asking God to establish peace for us.

Today's communion meditation is for the month of July
This year our message/theme for the year is, "The Great Reset."
And our message for July is "Reset the Vision."
It seems like every year in July God reminds me to keep expanding the vision. Having a compelling vision for the future is very important. It gives you something to work toward and get excited about. But, over time things evolve and change and the vision needs to be reset.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us reset our vision to be in alignment with his plan.
Let's spend some time seeking God on how he wants the vision to be reset.
I am praying for you.
Daniel
P.S. Remember the Master is with you, he loves you, and nothing is impossible for him.
Hey everyone!
Here is this week's Yearly Cycle update communion meditation.
Recently we passed through the Day of Pentecost, which is the middle of the year. In this second half of the year we switch to prioritizing playing good defense.
This time of the year is also about creating alignment with God's plan, his word, and his ways.
One of the areas we can create alignment is between our head and our heart.
This week let's spend some time seeking God on how to create better alignment in our lives and with his plan.
Also, remember this saying... Boundaries lead to alignment, and alignment leads to clarity.
I am praying for you.
Daniel

Our message for this year is, "The Great Reset," which reminds me of the Year of Jubilee in the Old Testament.
The Jubilee was every 50th year and during that time everyone was to return to their own property or possessions. ( Leviticus 25:13)
They were to be restored to the inheritance God had given their family.
In Christ we've been made part of God's family and Jesus is our Jubilee, meaning he has restored us to the inheritance God has given us.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand the inheritance and property he's given us and to be restored to what he's given.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
One of the most effective ways to restore your body after workouts is to do very light gentle movements. These gentle movements seem to accelerate recovery.

Good morning!
Here is today's communion meditation.
This week we talked about Deuteronomy 15:2 which says, "They shall not require payment from anyone among their own people, because the LORD’s time for canceling debts has been proclaimed."
And yesterday we talked about how debt forgiveness is also a big part of the Lord's prayer. In that God forgives our debts as we forgive our debtors.
Romans 13:8 says, " Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law."
Another version of Romans 13:8 says, "Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law."
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand how to walk in this letting no debt remain outstanding and owing no one anything but to love each other. And we are asking God for His grace to make it happen.
