Good morning!
Here is today's communion meditation.
This month we've been talking about Resetting Your Vision.
And part of understanding our God given vision is that we can't do it on our own. We will need his help.
When the Israelites were to take the promised land most of them would not go because they were entering a land of giants and were only looking at what they could do on their own. On our own we can't do anything but when we remain in God we can produce fruit that lasts.
In John 15:4-5 Jesus said, "Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."
In today's communion we are asking Jesus to help us remain in him so that we can produce much fruit.

This month we've been talking about Resetting Your Vision.
But to walk out our God given vision, it's going to take great grace. God's grace is not only his forgiveness, but it's also his willingness to use his power on our behalf, even though we don't deserve it.
Acts 4:33 says, " And with great power the apostles were giving their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all."
The apostles needed great grace in order to walk out what God had called them to do, and we need the same.
In today's communion we are asking God for great grace to be upon us.

Good morning!
Here is today's communion meditation.
This month we've been talking about Resetting Your Vision.
Part of resetting your vision is the Holy Spirit guiding you. I've heard it said before that the language of the Holy Spirit is dreams and visions.
John 1:14 says, " But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you."
We've been given the gift of the Holy Spirit and he is our advocate. The definition of an advocate is someone who supports, recommends, or pleads for you.
He will teach us everything we need to know for our vision and remind us of the things we've forgotten.
Today's communion is a time of gratitude for our advocate, and we are asking the Holy Spirit to teach us all we need to know for our vision and remind us of all Jesus has spoken to us.

This month we've been talking about Resetting Your Vision.
And part of resetting, is letting go of the past and moving forward.
Isaiah 43:18-19 says, "“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."
In today's communion we are asking God to help us forget the former things and to receive the new thing that he is doing.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
If you have a bad meal or miss a workout, give yourself grace and get back on track. Too often people beat themselves up over these things and it derails their progress moving forward.
I am praying for you.

Here is today's communion meditation.
Think about what it takes to get tan... Just being in the sunlight for a long enough period of time.
The scriptures tell us that we are transformed from glory to glory as we behold God's glory.
When we put ourselves in the environment of beholding his glory for a long enough time, it transforms us.
John 1:14 says, "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. And we beheld His glory, a glory as of an only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth."
When we behold his glory, we are beholding both grace and truth.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us behold his glory so that we are transformed.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
When we put our bodies in the right exercise environment it also leads to transformation. And I think the correct environment for transformation is one with presence, peace, and joy during your movement.
I am praying for you.

Hey everyone!
Here is this week's Yearly Cycle update communion meditation.
We are getting close to July 19th and several years ago while writing my book “7 Dates With Jesus,” I felt God wanted me to take note of July 19th and its connection with God's favor.
Psalms 121:7-8 says, “The Lord will keep you from all evil, he will keep your life. The Lord will keep your going out and coming in from this time forth and forevermore.”
And Psalm 5:12 tells us, “The Lord’s favor is on you, and it surrounds you like a shield.”
God’s favor is on us for a lifetime, and it surrounds us like a shield. Favor equals opportunities. Be on the lookout for favor, opportunities, and divine appointments in this season.
I am praying for you.

Good morning!
Here is today's communion meditation.
This month we've been talking about resetting and expanding your vision. It's important to always have a vision or goal that is pulling you into the future so that you have something to be excited about.
Earlier this week we looked at Habakkuk 2:2 where God said, “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it."
And we looked at 1 Chronicles 28:19 when David was preparing for Solomon to build the temple and said, “all the details of this plan, the LORD has made clear to me in writing by His hand upon me.”
2 Corinthians 3:3 says, "Clearly, you are a letter from Christ showing the result of our ministry among you. This “letter” is written not with pen and ink, but with the Spirit of the living God. It is carved not on tablets of stone, but on human hearts.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand how He has written on our hearts with...

David not only wrote the vision, but he had every detail of the plan in writing from the hand of God upon him.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us write out every detail of His plan for us.

In Habakkuk 2:2 God said, “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it."
Part of our vision or dream is that it needs to be written down plainly so that we can run with it and share it with others who can also run with the vision.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us write down our vision plainly so that we can run with it.

This month we've been talking about resetting and expanding your vision. It's important to always have a vision or goal that is pulling you into the future so that you have something to be excited about.
In Isaiah 42:4 God gave us an example of expanding His vision when he said, " “It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.”
It was too small a thing for God to only restore Israel, he expanded to include the Gentiles to the ends of the earth, which includes most of us.
When God expanded His vision, it meant light for people all over the world.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us be more like him by expanding our vision so that we can be a blessing to more and more people.
