Hey Everyone!
Here is today's communion meditation.
Ephesians 1:11-12 MSG says, "It’s in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone."
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that in Christ we find out who we are, what we are living for, and that God has designed us for glorious living.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
There is a difference between working out and training. To train means having a plan and purpose for the day. Stil have fun, be present, enjoy moving your body, but have a plan and purpose for the day.
I am praying for you.

Here is the Message for December.
Our message for 2023 is, " God Saved the Best Until Now," and our message for December is "God's Plan is the Best."
In December it's good to take some time to reflect on the year and to plan the next year. We will be taking some time soon to develop our Miracle Year Plans for 2024.
As I was thinking about God's plans a passage of scripture from Ephesians 1:1-12 MSG came to mind. Here is the passage:
I, Paul, am under God’s plan as an apostle, a special agent of Christ Jesus, writing to you faithful believers in Ephesus. I greet you with the grace and peace poured into our lives by God our Father and our Master, Jesus Christ.
The God of Glory
3-6 How blessed is God! And what a blessing he is! He’s the Father of our Master, Jesus Christ, and takes us to the high places of blessing in him. Long before he laid down earth’s foundations, he had us in mind, had settled on us as the focus of his...
Hey Everyone!
Here is today's communion meditation.
The other day two of my daughters were performing in a play. The play was at a local church and on one of the walls in the church Micah 6:8 MSG was posted.
It says, " God already made it plain how to live, what to do, what God is looking for in men and women.
It’s quite simple: Do what is fair and just to your neighbor, be compassionate and loyal in your love,
And don’t take yourself too seriously—take God seriously."
I like the last part... Don't take yourself too seriously but, take God seriously.
In today's communion let the breaking of the bread be symbolic of breaking any patterns of taking ourselves too seriously, and as we take the cup let it be symbolic of activating walking in higher levels of joy and taking God more seriously.

Hey Everyone!
Here is today's communion meditation.
Romans 15:13 says, " May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."
The Amplified Bible defines hope as, "the confident expecation of good."
So we could translate this verse as, "may the God of the confident expectation of good fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him so that you overflow by the confident expectation of good by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Today let the breaking of the bread today be symbolic of breaking any old patterns of not trusting in the God of all hope. And let the taking of the cup be an activation of being filled with hope, peace, and joy as we trust.

One of the keys to progress is growing confident, and confident comes through practice and repetition.

Hey everyone!
Here is this week's Yearly Cycle update.
We are getting close to the end of the year. The eight days of Hanukkah are coming on December 7th. Hanukkah, known as the feast of dedication and also the festival of lights, is a time when God wants to see a higher level of dedication to our gift. It is a time to firm up our commitment to what he has called us to do. To commit means that we go all in and don’t look back.
The number 8 is symbolic of new beginnings, and Hanukkah as an 8-day feast when we firm up our commitment to what God is calling us to do and embark on a new beginning.
Hanukkah is not technically mentioned in the Bible, but some Jewish scholars say it is hinted at. The feast is a remembrance of when the Jewish people revolted and took back control of the temple. When they restored the temple, there was only enough olive oil to light the lamps for one night, but God performed...
Hey Everyone!
Here is today's communion meditation.
Sometimes it's easy to forget that we have the peace of Christ... not our own peace, but His.
And it's a peace that surpasses all understanding.
Sometimes the issues, problems, and frustrations of life can cause us to waver in our beliefs and lose our faith.
But, Colossians 3:15 AMP says, " And let the peace (soul harmony which comes) from Christ rule (act as umpire continually) in your hearts [deciding and settling with finality all questions that arise in your minds, in that peaceful state] to which as [members of Christ’s] one body you were also called [to live]. And be thankful (appreciative), [giving praise to God always]."
I think of peace as an indicator of being one, when we waver or are unsettled in our decisions/beliefs we lose our peace.
In today's communion let the breaking of the bread by symbolic of breaking any patterns of stress, wavering, toiling, et. And as...

Here is today's communion meditation.
In John 18 Judas has betrayed Jesus, and the officials come to arrest Jesus. In verses 10-11 it says, "Then Simon Peter, having a sword, drew it and struck the high priest’s servant and cut off his right ear. (The servant’s name was Malchus.) 11 So Jesus said to Peter, “Put your sword into its sheath; shall I not drink the cup that the Father has given me?”
Jesus prayed three times that the cup he was to drink would be taken from him. But, he went through with it anyway.
What was this cup?
It was the cup of God's wrath being poured onto him. All of God's anger and frustration had been stored up and was overflowing. The cup of his wrath was overflowing and it was poured onto Jesus so that we can have the cup of the New Covenant, the cup of thanksgiving, the cup of blessing.
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that Jesus was willing to drink the cup the Father gave him,...

In John 10:14 Jesus said, "I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me— 15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep."
He knows us and we can know him, just as Jesus and God are one, we can be one.
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that Jesus is our good shepherd. And we are asking God to give us a deeper revelation of what it means for us that he is our good shepherd.

There is a Proverb that says a foolish person devours all he has. In your workouts be careful not to devour all of your strength and energy. Save a little for the next day.

Hey Everyone!
Here is today's communion meditation.
1 Peter 4:10-11 says, "As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ."
Every time we speak, we can speak as one who speaks the oracles of God. These are words that come from him.
When we serve, we can serve with the strength He supplies.
Today's communion is a time of gratitude for the gifts God has graced us with. And we are asking him to help us always speak as those who speak the oracles of God, and to serve with the strength He supplies.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
To speak the oracles of God, we need to spend time with him. Keep going for walks with God.

Hey Everyone!
Here is today's communion meditation.
Yesterday we talked about Matthew 20:28 where Jesus said, "just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Psalm 49:7-9 says, "No one can redeem the life of another or give to God a ransom for them, the ransom for a life is costly, no payment is ever enough—so that they should live on forever and not see decay."
The ransom that was required to set us free was very costly, in fact nobody but Jesus could have paid the price, but he chose to pay the ransom for us.
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that Jesus chose to pay the ransom for us, and we are asking God to help us understand this.
